Bridgeway happily accepts Workers’ Comp claims for all eligible injuries.

When you call to schedule, please have the following information ready:

• Date of injury

• Claims administrator’s name and contact information

• Workers’ Comp claim number

• Referring physician’s name and order details

• Employer’s name (as listed on the claim)

• Body part affected (e.g., shoulder, elbow, back)

We work with insurance but we’re an out‑of‑network provider. That means you’ll pay at the time of service and we’ll submit your claim through Reimbursify, an online platform that helps you get reimbursed from your insurer.

• Payment: Collected at the appointment.

• Claim filing: Handled for you via Reimbursify.

• Coverage: Varies depending on your out‑of‑network benefits.

• What you should do: Contact your insurance carrier directly to confirm eligibility and understand what portion, if any, will be reimbursed.
